I used Edward's back in 2017 to snake my sewer line. They had to use more than 300' of snake on this job. Called talked to person told them my sewer line was 300 plus feet long guy came out with over 300' of snake did a fantastic job used all the snake he brought problem solved. So now it's Sept 2025 sewer doing same thing as 2017 Called Edward's. Out of the 6 people I had to speak with just to get information one was very friendly professional and helpful unfortunately I did not get his name. I was told inspection was 85$ then received an invoice for 200$ I asked for bids but was sent a link to confirm the estimates and was told I would be charged for half that amount… I didn’t need anything replaced just estimates. A bit of unprofessional service but the job got done wish I had a better experience.

Michael Price was very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. I like the fact ge put shoe covers on his shoes. Last year I had a different company come in and they did not use shoe covers. Thank you, Michael. He fixed our problem. Hopefully I won’t need anyone out again, but if I do I’m going to request Michael.

More like 0 stars!! Their company (Jerry) came to our home (the tub/toilet were backing up) told us the problem is the Septic tank so we called the Septic company out ( who we had out less then a year ago so it had been serviced & emptied prior). Everything was fine with the tank, lines & septic field. It cost us 700$ to have that company out only, to have to have Edwards out AGAIN sure enough he was able to find the issue!!! They charged us 600$ to come out for what they should have done in the beginning!!! Was supposed to ... read more
