this company installed a new HVAC system 17 months 19 days ago. the heat pump stopped working so I called a company to come out and diagnose the unit. It turns out the compressor is bad which is a major component. the Lennox system is under warranty but not the labor. so when I called to see what they could do for me, since the unit is newer they basically said nothing. Just a warning if you go with this company don't expect them to (DWR) Do what's right.
