Picked up a used Mazda GT Sport Nav+ 184bhp from Edwards Motors on Sunday, I am extremely pleased with it so far. I dealt with Joe Newman as Salesman, he explained everything clearly, his approach was friendly & professional. Great customer service Joe.
Overall a really good experience. Some nice staff particular mention to Mark who made it all seemless
Good sales but poor aftercare. Despite being under warranty the garage were not able to see me for weeks and provided no assistance in the mean time. Leaving me with very little options for getting it fixed. I understand being busy but to not look after warranty customers is very disappointing.
I had a great experience purchasing my new used Mazda CX-30 from Edwards Mazda a couple of weeks ago. Personal thanks to Joe Newman for support at all stages, from the test drive to organising the fixing of some minor issues afterwards the collection.
Overall very happy. Salesman, Jo Newman, was excellent. Friendly and clear when discussing my car. Can definitely recommend Edwards Mazda.
