DO Not ReNT from these people. They are slum landloards!! We rented from them for 10 years. Place was trashed when we moved in. We fixed ALOT of things! We had to beg and beg to get things fixed. We paid our rent every month on time. They never had any problems with us. We moved out few months ago. After the run around and months after moving out and owner NEVER returning phone calls.
