Fast response on the coldest day of the year. Called super early on a Sunday morning and they were here fast. Polite installers and fast service.
I was referred to Edwards Heating and Cooling via my home warranty. Edwards has done an amazing job despite the many hurdles of the home warranty- I so appreciate them accepting my home warranty and working with me through all the problems. They diagnosed the problem, submitted the invoice and got things taken care of and went to bat with me to get the home warranty things straightened out. Great people to work with!
I used to be very happy with Edward's, and used them a lot for my personal residence, my mom's residence and my rental property. My last few experiences have been less than stellar, including being charged more than quoted, part of which may well have been a misunderstanding, but they were unwilling to work with me at all, and in fact didn't even respond to corresponce to them explaining the issues I had with their service.
