I was referred to Edwards Heating and Cooling via my home warranty. Edwards has done an amazing job despite the many hurdles of the home warranty- I so appreciate them accepting my home warranty and working with me through all the problems. They diagnosed the problem, submitted the invoice and got things taken care of and went to bat with me to get the home warranty things straightened out. Great people to work with!

I used to be very happy with Edward's, and used them a lot for my personal residence, my mom's residence and my rental property. My last few experiences have been less than stellar, including being charged more than quoted, part of which may well have been a misunderstanding, but they were unwilling to work with me at all, and in fact didn't even respond to corresponce to them explaining the issues I had with their service. Called them to do a checkup on the furnace before we start using it everyday. They are always professional and respectful. I would use a smaller local company over the big names. They appreciate the business and do better work.

Our AC unit was leaking water and my husband called Edwards to come look at it, since they were the ones who installed in. The gentleman told my husband he would be out later that evening but he never showed or called. We called another company and they came out same day and found that when Edwards installed the unit they took a short cut on the drainage pipe... I would not recommend Edwards to anyone..
