Very professional, courteous and caring. All my family members upon passing on have been waked at Edwards and later Dowdle along with many a friend. I’ve never heard of a single negative comment.
My mother died almost 10 years ago. we wanted to do a service at the funeral home, so I went over, spoke to the man there, and was told a price. I came back with the check and received a contract. Two days later as my brother and I were literally walking out the door to go to the cemetery, the same man I dealt with, came over and told us we still owed money. We had a signed contract. You cannot change the price after the service. You have to show compassion in the funeral business. I would never go back or recommend them.
