Arrogant, inconsiderate. Rude.
I ordered a couple of fire doors from London deport. Randy the sales guy, promised me they would be in within six weeks. after a couple of months nothing, and trying to get an answer from him was impossible. 7 months later, he came and said he forgot to order the doors and he was okay if I cancelled the order. not even apologetic for keeping me waiting this long. these guys don't know how to do business obviously. or customers are not important to them.
