You had me order 19 parts, but didn’t notice an obviously cracked crankcase and installed the parts anyway.....then claimed not to have installed them. I recognize that things happen, but you’ve wasted over $1200 of my hard-earned cash. Inexcusable. I was a first time and last time client.
