Purchased a 2023 Ram certified pre owned from Kaleb July 25th. Ten days later had a service engine light come on. Gabe scheduled me in about 10 days later due to a sick employee. after this repair, two days later light turned on again.After another appointment with Gabe a week later, brought it in and got a loaner. I had left a review previously that was not too flattering about this place, but their management is on top of their game as well as their ability to pivot to right anything that has gone wrong in the process. Kudos to general manager Andy. He's truly a professional and shout out to Maria in service for remembering who I was based on my vehicle and being a complete sweet heart even under fire.
