If this is the “first impression” of the office, it says everything. The scheduling team was flat-out rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of welcoming a new patient, they acted like I was an inconvenience. Calls were rushed, tone was short, and basic courtesy was nowhere to be found. Ok I had to post. 4 visits now. I have PTSD and they are the greatest dental clinic I've ever been to. Very attentive and accommodating. Making sure you're comfortable. They care about you and your health. TV and headphones, a vibrating and heated chair, and blanket if you're cold. They are the best! Plus they've always been on time with my appointments. What doctor can say that!

I had the most amazing experience at the practice of Doctor Edwards today. My crown fell off in the AM. I called their office and Dr. Edward's was able to see me at 2:00 PM. She reattached the crown and in addition realized there was a reason for the pain that I have been experiencing for many years. I am so excited that I will be able to avoid a root canal and start eating without having to pamper this tooth every day of my life.

I love my Dental staff and my Dentist. There isn’t one time that I haven’t been taking care of. I feel very at home and I appreciate the atmosphere and environment. It is so inviting and the staff is so authentically happy. Thank you for great experiences and always taking care of me.
