Useless don't waste your time.. called a week ago to hire a lawyer as I was refered to them by O'neill associates (how embarrassing for them) anyway, the guy that answered was unprofessional and was answering questions while on the phone with me instead of atleast putting me on hold. I dont waste my time or pussy foot with just one firm I call a few. These guys didnt even call me back.. its been over a week.. First off I usually don’t write these reviews but after a few weeks of telling this story to most ppl I knew I was convinced I should share my horrible experience. Worst service and attitude. The “receptionist” Jillian I believe..super rude and condescending! Called for a consultation and was told she would call back by the end of day, a full week goes by, so I call to follow up! She puts me on hold for 5 or so mins then returns and rudely says they’re busy and will get to me when they have time!? Terrible service would not ... read more
