Kristen Canales was a decent landlord until I told her I was moving out. Her attitude changed significantly and she was careless with correspondence. She compensated her negligence via my security deposit. Rent from them if you want to be charged $500 for a few nail holes and a bad attitude from Kristen.
Kristin is an excellent property manager. She works hard for her clients and will make sure that she gets the job done right.
Edwards & Associates is an excellent property managment company. If you are looking for a place to rent or a homeowner looking for a management company, I highly recommend them.
