The technician Ray was so friendly and helpful. He is a great guy! Unfortunately the woman on the phone, Kathy, was rude, unpleasant and disrespectful on the phone when I said I was running a couple minutes late. If it wasn’t for an employee like Ray I would never give this company any more business.

Fred came out and fixed my oven, he’s the owner. Great guy, very friendly, showed up on time, and had the part in his truck. Asked about my fridge as well as the service light was on and he serviced that while he was out as well, which was great. Very clean and thorough work. Great experience, I highly recommend him.

I can’t give a 5 star review because the technician never showed up to repair my dryer. I won’t ever call them again.

My experience was very disappointing. Called for a washer repair, paid $474.00 for a repair and the washer does not work, when I called the tech said, it should be working. Did all the things they suggested it does not work. Do not use this company.

I placed a service call for my speed queen washer. The woman who answered was very pleasant. Technician arrived as scheduled. The technician replaced the belts. The price was reasonable and the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. This was my 1st time using them. I will definitely use the again. I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews previously posted but I thought I would give them a shot and decide for myself. I’m glad I did!!!!’
