My experience was very disappointing. Called for a washer repair, paid $474.00 for a repair and the washer does not work, when I called the tech said, it should be working. Did all the things they suggested it does not work. Do not use this company.

I placed a service call for my speed queen washer. The woman who answered was very pleasant. Technician arrived as scheduled. The technician replaced the belts. The price was reasonable and the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. This was my 1st time using them. I will definitely use the again. I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews previously posted but I thought I would give them a shot and decide for myself. I’m glad I did!!!!’

My husband and I couldn't of had a better repair man than Ray. Not only was he personable but also had shared some tips about our refrigerator that we didn't have any knowledge about. He had to come twice because he didn't have the right valve for our fridge, but he ordered the part Immediately and it came within a week. Thank you Edwards Appliance for your awesome work.

Repair guy came out, checked the fridge, said it should have been plugged in overnight and the person at their company should have told me. Checked the back of the fridge, there was a blinking code he looked up on his phone that told him it was the compressor. I told him it was replaced twice already. He said it wasn't worth doing again, that he isn't allowed to say the word "replace" but he is going to tell them it isn't able to be fixed.
