I had my first-ever experience with Edwards Appliance Service today. I had made an appointment for a service call, and this morning a friendly and helpful Fred Oster appeared as expected at my home. He inspected my ailing kitchen exhaust, made an evaluation of the problem, told me the bad $$ news and said the office would call to set up the finish appt. at some point. He even gave me instructions about how to effectively clean the fan filters. Very impressive service call!

I have a brand new Frigidaire; it was bought less than a month ago. I was referred to this repair service. The rudest, ever knowing intake person, Kathy, could not have been RUDER & ABRASIVE as she didn’t know what brand my refrigerator was & kept noting that it is the ice maker that is not hooked up to the waterline. She also stated that it was $120 for service call without knowing the problem as “this is most likely the problem” as per her 43 years of expertise. I am under warranty & bought a 3-year warranty.
