Taylor, our estimator, was a great guy to work with. Before we had even made a commitment to Edwards, he volunteered to come back and accompany our insurer’s adjuster during the inspection of the damage to our roof and gutters. We think Taylor’s presence resulted in the adjuster putting a higher value on our claim than we would have otherwise received. YMMV, of course. We certainly hope that Edwards & Sons can back up the fine work by their man in the field. We will update this review when the project is completed.
Edwards & Sons were super quick: they arrived and did all they needed to so that my leak was stopped prior to the rainstorms!
Taylor was very professional and helpful and went beyond what I've expected and had in the past, and I've had 3 roofs in the past 28 years.
Taylor followed up and provided easy sign up and explained everything
