I called to get an appointment for my 1 yr old son, because he started to develop a fever. There were no appointments same day, but I was told I be called back. I was called back and advised to keep him hydrated and rested as it could be an upper respiratory infection. His condition worsened and he had a high fever of 102. I called the nurse advice line and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. We were called on time for our appointment and taken to the back without issues. I know everyone is short staffed. Which is why I called the pharmacy desk instead of different lines. Refill and question for pharmacy... easy enough. But, I was meet with an immediate rude and snappy remark when the phone was answered. Didn't know it was national be rude and disgusting day.
