Customer service is great. But update hours to reflect accuracy. The hours posted say it doesn’t close until 4:30. I pulled up at 3:50 and a sign is in the street saying “CLOSED” So for those who work off base and drive here, the least you can do is post the correct operating hours for people to plan to receive services

I called to get an appointment for my 1 yr old son, because he started to develop a fever. There were no appointments same day, but I was told I be called back. I was called back and advised to keep him hydrated and rested as it could be an upper respiratory infection. His condition worsened and he had a high fever of 102. I called the nurse advice line and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. We were called on time for our appointment and taken to the back without issues. I know everyone is short staffed. Which is why I called the pharmacy desk instead of different lines. Refill and question for pharmacy... easy enough. But, I was meet with an immediate rude and snappy remark when the phone was answered. Didn't know it was national be rude and disgusting day.
