He threatens me by withholding my medication with no prior notification that he wants me in. He tells me he will talk to my insurance to help me get a medication that I need and then does not call them. When asked about it he said my staff handles those things. He says he'll do things and does not do them. He said he would call the drug store and reinstate my prescription and he did not. I feel like I'm given the runaround. Some staff are nice but others are not.
