Dr. Von Der Schmidt saved my husband's life over 30 years ago. He stepped up to the plate and went against any physician who gave an inaccurate diagnosis. He was part of a surgery that saved my husband's life. A strong and caring doctor who will fight for what is right for your health.
Life saver with expertise and knowledge but also heart, personal touch and realistic with expectations, while inspiring hope and performing miracles
Although he treated my son in 2003, I can tell you he was our life saver. My son had traumatic brain injury due to an attack and if it weren't for Dr. Von Der Schmidt my son would have probably died. He was straight forward with diagnosis, and was caring and compassionate at the same time. My family and I will always hold him to the highest regard. His staff was also very kind and helpful.
I spoke with patients in this doctor’s office for my own reference. Three patients said he saved their lives by doing the surgeries they were told impossible to do after accidents.. One of them had several vertebrates broken and was unable to move. Now he is back to enjoy life. I travel from NYC to Princeton to be seen by Dr. Edward von der Schmidt III. The most difficult recommendation to make is recommending doctors and attorneys, however, I saw enough to recommend this doctor wholeheartedly.
