One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a physician. Dr. Chen should not be a doctor dealing with conscious patients at all, much less children, due to his extremely poor bedside manner. Does not connect with the child, speak to or get consent for procedures from the child. Basically acts like he’s a veterinarian and the child is a dog, with everything directed towards the parent. He's a great doctor. He has been both of my kids' primary doctor since birth. He is knowledgeable and is always so welcoming when we go to our visits. He always clearly addresses his concerns and he is always making sure he answers all questions you have. I have never had a negative experience with Dr. Chen, he's a good person.

Chen is a horrible doctor who does not care about his pediatric patients, and he is very condescending to their parents who bring them in. He is rude, impatient, and arrogant when responding to concerns. He would rather be right than do what's best for the children he sees. He also delays necessary medical treatment.
He seemed very educated but treated us like we were stupid whenever we asked a question and was very sarcastic. Being a first time parent we were concerned about everything but didn't even want to ask. Very sad
