I found this practice to be poorly run. Every time I had an appointment I had to wait 45-60 minutes to be seen. I even made a couple of morning appointments assuming Dr. Sall couldn’t be that far behind schedule by then, but still had to wait 45-60 minutes. For one appointment I had toward the end of the day I signed in with the receptionist and waited almost an hour. Everyone else in the waiting room had been called in and it got quiet. Repeated requests, over two years, for copies of my medical records. I was told the request would be forwarded to the correct department. After over two weeks and still no communication I was forced to file a complaint with the NYS Department of Health in Albany. My ongoing requests were never acted on but once Albany was notified the office was quick to FINALLY send my records. How a medical practice can ignore it's patients for so long is very disturbing.
