Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? It was obvious that Dr. Mortellaro's office has been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to cold offices, so I was a little worried that the office would be too cold during my surgery, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
