I have more than 4 months trying to make an appointment for a PANNICULECTOMY and the staff attends me with a lot of indifference and little kindness my doctor tells me that he sends them all the reference stationery they need but they only tell me NO HAS ARRIVED AND HANG it is very uncomfortable to call and not be well attended and that they try to help me it is 4 months should have a staff who has better service to the costumer service or because I am Hispanic I feel a certain racism on their part I do not know who to go wi... read more
I just want to say thank you and job well done! Dr. Gronka, Kim and Jill have taken amazing care of me. I could not have asked for a better team to help me through a double mastectomy with reconstruction. Today I had my final visit. I feel like a complete person again. Dr. Gronka you are amazing!
