Very disappointed in Dr.Rubinchik office. I had a scheduled appointment today at 11a.m. which I made a month in advance. Got my referral took the day off, I traveled in from Long Island to Brooklyn only to find the office is being renovated today. I received no call,no text message. I called at 9:00 to confirm my appointment left a message received a callback at 9:23 a.m staff member gentleman confirmed my appointment. Great team. Dr Rubinchik did a surgery for me and it changed my life. I highly recommend him as a #1 NY specialist!
