Foxwood Apartments does not respond to bee infestations in a timely manner. It is deplorable that management cares so little for both the residents and the property. They said they couldn't even have someone check it out for TWO WEEKS. We lived at Glenn Valley in Battle Creek for about 2 years and there were a lot of great features that drew us in. Great scenery, nice pool, spacious apartments. We also lived with Edward Rose at a different property and had a great experience. However, this past year has been an absolute nightmare. My husband and I had NUMEROUS issues. 1. We were charged over $500 for having to replace the carpets. Update regarding response. I have complained 12 times and have sent screenshots to the email you provided. Ive never been anti corpo but this place makes me want to change my entire ideology. In reference to Hickory Village in Mishawaka. Ive lived here for two years and the upstairs neighbor has made it a torturous living experience.
