Your best bet is to skip arguing with the office workers, & pay to mail a letter with signature required, to Edward Rose office in Bloomfield Hills directly stating your complaints. Office will deflect at all costs not above skirting the laws. I highly recommend mailing a letter as it seems the only way to properly inform the property OWNERS just how bad things really are in your complex.
Unfortunately, my experience living at Grand Bend Apartments was very disappointing. One of the biggest ongoing issues was poor communication among the office staff, along with several other unresolved concerns. There was a serious incident where maintenance entered my apartment without any prior notice. When I addressed this with the staff, I was told they were short-staffed and unable to complete the work within the original timeframe. I don’t recommend dealing with this company. They are unprofessional and disloyal to their customers. The took all my security deposit unfairly. Again I don’t recommend renting any of their properties.
I cant speak for everyone but i speak for everyone! Steer clear from this place employment and renting… Employment they act like they cherrish you to get you in and then treat you like trash once you need them, renting lets say i worked on the buildings and they all are barely standing.. Barely- #Rotted #BlackMold. But they do have good property renters!!!
