is one of worse you can move into. Suppose to be gated resident, its not. The gate is always open and anyone can come and go there. They don't keep up the property, once you move in they make promises on the lease sating we will take care of right away. ONCE you sign the lease it's will not get done until another year.
If you are looking for an apartment in Northwest Indiana, do not go to any of the Edward Rose Communities. Huntington Cove looks nice and is appealing due to the location and the mall. The staff is very rude as well and the apartment manager should be fired. I have had so many issues here and I am trying to get out of my lease and the manager is not working with me to fix my issue. I moved out of Mallard Bay because it was poorly managed as well and is an Edward Rose Community. Birkshire is new and I am sure the same things ... read more
Very unorganized, will not return phone calls when there is a problem with one of their property managers. One property in particular ( Bavarian Village in indianapolis) has a very rude and disrepectul staff. Do not rent an apartment with this company!
