I attempted to initiate an ADA accommodation process with Edward Rose & Sons regarding unsafe, ungraded trenches outside my apartment. After providing photographic evidence and asserting my right to written communication, I received a server rejection notice—my email address was blocked by the property. This is what happens when you try to formally document disability needs with this company. Blocking tenants from submitting accommodation requests is not just unethical—it may be illegal.

If you own the Waterfront Apartments in virginia beach, you are absolutely horrible! Numerous calls made to maintenance and they have never come out. We have been calling to fix the AC for a month and they have not come out yet. One day last week, the maintenance man came to the door and left, he didn't even come in. I lived at Irene woods apartment Collierville TN for more than two years. I would not recommend due to the following reasons: 1. The apartments are clean inside but the area is not safe and not secured with gate and no surveillance cameras. That is why my car was stolen on 12/26/2024 in front of apartment parking and windows of dozens of car were broken by criminals. after moving out i get a bill for 900 plus dollars. When contacting Edward rose billing. I’m being told that my lease was extended a month until June 21st 2025 and they are using my security deposit to cover half and someone already rented the apartment so they are covering the other half. but I also owe 70 dollars on top of it. thing is they were calling me to turn in my keys on May 26th which was my original outdate saying that I’ll be charged per day. I have never rented from them, but I figured it was owned by someone’s spoiled sons. They do not care if the building is safe as long as they make money. I am currently in Florida, and the entire new complex has to get rebuilt because of how unsafe it is. Not only is it unsafe but also expensive… Do not rent from their property. I am leaving as soon as I am able to. The paint jobs are horrible and it’s truly embarrassing the company that they own.
