Idk if the person I always seem to get stuck with is a pharmacist or tech but they sure don't know what they are doing. They don't know how drug coupon cards work and I am always getting over charged. I am told by the staff it is a problem with my coupon or my insurance. They never offer to do any leg work to see what the problem is. I work for Edward and am using their pharmacy which should be a seamless experience.
