Dr. Perez is terrific. He takes time to completely understand your needs, is very thorough and has a great personality.
The doctor has very poor customer service, he arrived late for the appointment and never had the kindness to say hello, he sent me medicines that did not go with my treatment, his staff never sent the prescription to the pharmacy, called twice and at no occasion they did it, terrible, I lost my time and my money, bad service, Please go to another "doctor" and another center!

This place needs administration assistance ASAP !!! George the manager not only lacks communication with patients but is also very deceiving . Services were rendered in March and we pre payed everything and later started receiving bills . Self pay patient so there was no insurance to be billed . When I have called several times to clarify the bill George claims he has already contacted the lab to clarify the issue . I took it upon my self to call the lab who stated he has never called them . Dr Perez is wonderful. He is kind and personable and I’m so glad I found him! The staff is great. I’ve been for several appointments and have never had long wait times. Great place!
