Handle my probate case quickly and professionally. My family has used him for over 20 years for wills to probate.
I was referred to Edward Jackson and needed him on an emergency basis. Last Friday I was told he was at lunch and would also be working Monday if I missed him Friday. He doesn't know me but was suddenly away for a planned 3 week trip for a new case, perhaps doesn't want to be bothered? Naively, I asked the woman who I thought was the secretary some questions as they normally can answer intelligently or allow us to speak to a paralegal. Some are paralegals. Mr. Jackson is a lawyer's lawyer. He is fondly referred to as the godfather of bankruptcy. He is a class act and well respected.
Terrible experience. Apparently thinks I’m difficult because I’m standing up for my financial rights in MY father’s estate. Do not recommend.
