Better off going to a running store for issues with flat feet than Dr. Mostone. Takes a quick look and then wants you out of the office, and basically nonresponsive to follow up. Zero effort on care. Sharon (desk) is super nice though.
I was a patient of Dr. Mostone (pronounced like Mo’stoney) for multiple years before I moved out of MA. He’s a great provider with excellent bedside manner. He’s patient and genuinely interested in his patients’ lives. His secretary, Sharon, is also very kind and easy to work with. I’ll miss their services greatly as I find a new podiatrist in Ohio.
Sharon and Dr.Mostone were very helpful, I didn’t even felt the needles for local anesthesia! Highly recommended!
As someone who is very sensitive to and nervous of pain, Dr. Mostone and Sharon are a great team. My experience was one of the best in terms of pain management and distraction, as well as making sure I was feeling alright after the procedure.
