I called and spoke with Shelly who was so helpful and knowledgeable. My garage door would not open or close by remote all day. The motor is from 2004 so she recommended a new motor. Jose came today and pressed the remote and garage door opened. He explained that it could be the sensor because the motor seems to now be working. But if it happens again we will then definitely need a new motor. I really appreciated his honesty. Jose was very professional and courteous. From start to finish this was a perfect experience. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the person we started with on the phone but he was so helpful and provided an incredible amount of information. Ed was great when he came out for our estimate. Our installer was fast, neat and did a fantastic job. It's been a few months and even in this frigid weather, everything works perfectly. 100% recommend using this company!
