This doctors billing group is a total incompetent mess. They bill incorrectly and their billing inquiry line just leads to a busy signal so there is no way to contact them and tell them they need to rebill correctly. Consequently even though you go to their doctors that are in network, you insurance company won't pay unless the fix the billing errors (they show up as out of network even though they are in-network due to messing up the billing) and there is no way to contact Edwards Medical Group billing department to let the... read more
