I LOVE my Edward family care physicians. Wholeheartedly. I do not love their customer service reps with the medical group for insurance. The experience I had with calling the insurance reps within Edward has awful. The representative I got was rude, condescending, and spoke over me. He did not give me any suggestions to resolve the issue I called for.
Their office policies on 127th street in Plainfield are not considerate of their patients needs. The office is open half a day on Saturdays, but no phone service!!! They now shut their phones off on Fridays at 3:00! Calling here is a nightmare, getting cutoff, to staff not being available to speak to a patient. The longer this office has been in Plainfield, the less service they provide to their patients. I feel the phone service should be available to patients all open hours of visit.
