I usually go to this Dr as they open conveniently early at 7am. It's a ticket system- first in first serve then there are appointment bookings for already booked in patients after 9ish. The receptionist has never been rude, she remembers everyone's faces and she let's you know before it's your turn to go in with the Dr. Dr Bui is also great. He seems to treat you based on your symptoms. I haven't received any diagnosis of what I came to see him for, which is fine for us. I do just want the symptoms to go away!
receptionist is rude. it’s very hard to call this place. no one answers or the phone just rings out. if someone does answer they are rude. i ask to book appointment they said no and to walk in. i walk in and had to wait over 3 hours to see the doctor. They don’t see patients in order either. i’ve seen people who came in after me go in first. really unprofessional. wouldn’t recommend it
