Being generous, I would assign a two-star rating. We listed our commercial apartment complex with this broker. At first everything seemed reasonable and his fees were lower than a traditional brokerage. Afterwards everything went downhill with him. Every other week the gentleman was bashing our building which is in great shape... He was constantly focused on trying to get price reductions. He sent us offers even he didn't understand....
