Prompt very close to appt time to be seen, just about 20 min. Staff very attentive. Dr. As usual, very focused on his skill and trade. Very little Dr/Patient interaction, does not explained what’s going on. Just make an appt with Retina specialist. My mom is 90 and if is not because I asked why she has to see that’s specialist? My visit with Dr. Riegel was fast,; the Dr. was professional, understanding., and worked with me and my new insurance.
All personnel are very pleasant to deal with.
Sorry I am logged in under my husband’s account. Everyone from reception to Dr. Rielge are extremely friendly as well as very knowledgable. Dr.Riegle takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides answers to all questions in terms that are easily understood. The only downside I can cite would be the wait, plan on being in the office for some time.
