I did not expect this level of professional expertise. So impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. I had a crown removed, cavity fixed, and then a perfectly fitted new crown fabricated and replaced in less than 2 hours. For a dental appointment, it was such a great experience. Thanks for taking such great care of me. I’m bringing my mom back for her dental work!

On July 21 at 330pm, I visited Prescott Valley Dental Group and while the overall experience was good, there are a couple of things I hope the team can take into consideration to improve patient care. First, although the front desk staff clearly explained what I was signing, I would have appreciated the opportunity to actually read the consent forms myself.
