Dr. Pickens is fantastic! My husband and I joke that we are the nervous new parents and Pickens is the voice of reason letting us know there is nothing to worry about while still listening compassionately. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him with my child's health and that trust isn't given lightly.
Dr. Pickens is a great pediatrician. My daughters are his patients since birth, and they love him. He's attentive, caring, always willing to listen. I also like his ability to calm down my anxieties without being dismissive. You don't always get him in case of emergencies, due to scheduling issues, but all other doctors in the practice are just as good.
