Both my children are patients of Dr. Matsuishi and I can definitely say that they have been very happy with the service and the overall atmosphere. His entire office is child centered and the dental experience is unlike any other dentist that I have experienced. There are tons of toys and game that the children can play while they wait, therefore alleviating any unnecessary anxiety and the dental chair is a bed that has a TV and headphones to watch and listen to their favorite show or movie! would not recommend......atmosphere is great for kids, but way too expensive!!! was made to pay our "portion" up front in order to book appointment, only to receive another bill in the mail for the same amount already paid........TOO EXPENSIVE!!! then, received letter stating that we had until a certain date to schedule our child's next appointment, or the dentist would no longer care for our child's teeth!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
Dr Matsuishi is a pediatric dentist with the most inviting environment for kids and even teens. My daughter is deaf and the Dr always allowed me to interpret his procedures to my daughter which helps to remove the fears. He and his staff are always positive , cheerful and encouraging. To this day, my daughter who is 18 yrs now doesn't have a cavity!!
Thorough evaluation, painless treatment, professionalism and community services plus tv distractions, and an environment "like a toy store"
Dr. Matsuichi has seen my two children from infancy through teens. He and his staff have been consistently professional, educative on a child's level, and informative to me as the parent on an adult level. The office is transparent about charges and insurance payments. The atmosphere of the waiting and treatment areas is pleasantly child-focused. They seem to do a good job with all age groups.
