Very unprofessional. They take forever to send in medicine and referrals.
Had a dentist appointment at 3, checked in early enough and waited an hour until the receptionist had told me the dentist was leaving for the day and she had checked me in later on accident. Shouldn’t be an accident, shouldn’t be a receptionist if you can’t do your job correctly. Very unprofessional and no dentist should leave until there patient is seen!
went in with no mouth pain… left with the most amount of mouth pain i’ve ever had. this is the second time it’s taken more than two hours for operation that usually take 30 to 60 minutes
I had a wonderful experience at the Edward M. Kennedy Health Clinic dental department! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They did a great job cleaning my teeth, and they were very thorough—they even found a cavity I didn't know I had. I’m so glad I went; it was a great visit from start to finish!
