Malpractice is their middle name! As an individual with type one diabetes who is insulin dependant and will die without it, they had messed up my husband's prescription to get his medication and instead of correcting their own error, they wanted to keep his insulin hostage until he made an appointment first, EVEN THOUGH the doctor herself told us to call right away if he wasnt getting his insulin correctly and she would correct it right away.
