One of the worst health centers ive ever dealt with !! Its been over 3 months and i still do not get any updates on my moms case !! Called several times all i get as a response is we will call you back to give you an update !! Still no where with the call back after 3 months havent heard nothing from no one even why im callimg 3 4 times a week ..... just wanted to add the doctor really helpful and respectfull but other than that worst experience ever
My husband and I had our insurance changed for 2026 and were referred to the Edward M. Kennedy Health Center in Framingham. I had read many negative reviews about the rudeness of the receptionists, so I went there with apprehension. But our first visit pleasantly surprised us! We were greeted by Mary, who very calmly and clearly explained the insurance situation to us. Unfortunately, they could only put us on a waiting list, where there are more than 2000 people ahead of us. This is very upsetting!
AF medical assistant deserves a raise! very helpful at Framingham site. She effectively addresses needs and does not pass onto other staff
absolutely disrespectful front desk. It was an Indian lady, didn’t even state her name when calling, is extremely rude. There is a 6-8 month waiting list just to see a PCP or a nurse practitioner, which is ridiculous for people that are sick and injured now. Would not recommend this place, and looking at the reviews neither do a lot of people. They seriously need to take into consideration who is answering their calls and speaking to potential or current patients. She acts as if she hates her job on the phone. HIRE A NEW REC... read more
