My husband and I had our insurance changed for 2026 and were referred to the Edward M. Kennedy Health Center in Framingham. I had read many negative reviews about the rudeness of the receptionists, so I went there with apprehension. But our first visit pleasantly surprised us! We were greeted by Mary, who very calmly and clearly explained the insurance situation to us. Unfortunately, they could only put us on a waiting list, where there are more than 2000 people ahead of us. This is very upsetting!

absolutely disrespectful front desk. It was an Indian lady, didn’t even state her name when calling, is extremely rude. There is a 6-8 month waiting list just to see a PCP or a nurse practitioner, which is ridiculous for people that are sick and injured now. Would not recommend this place, and looking at the reviews neither do a lot of people. I was referred to this health center for primary care by convenient md but when I called, the lady who received the call was super rude and unprofessional, she even hang up the phone! I didn't mind the Spanish accent all I expected was a good customer relations. I hope the administration is taking notes for improvement. I had to go to metro west medical center, the receptionist and medical staff there are very professional.
Worst place ever for medical care mostly due to the apathy and rudeness of the front desk staff, especially the Brazilian woman (she’s incredibly rude), and their inability to adhere to scheduled appointment times. Many of the doctors and nurses are very nice and good at their jobs, but they are always late for your appointment. I’ve had to wait 2 hours, 90 minutes, always over 1 hour.
