One of the worst health centers ive ever dealt with !! Its been over 3 months and i still do not get any updates on my moms case !! Called several times all i get as a response is we will call you back to give you an update !! Still no where with the call back after 3 months havent heard nothing from no one even why im callimg 3 4 times a week ..... just wanted to add the doctor really helpful and respectfull but other than that worst experience ever
My husband and I had our insurance changed for 2026 and were referred to the Edward M. Kennedy Health Center in Framingham. I had read many negative reviews about the rudeness of the receptionists, so I went there with apprehension. But our first visit pleasantly surprised us! We were greeted by Mary, who very calmly and clearly explained the insurance situation to us. Unfortunately, they could only put us on a waiting list, where there are more than 2000 people ahead of us. This is very upsetting!
