Wasted time. And charged a co pay that I should not have had
I waited an 1 1/2 hours past my appointment sitting in a chair with major pain just to be called into the room and waited 15 minutes just to have them tell me I need an xray and then another 15 minutes just ti have the Dr say the disc I bought with me won’t work he needs the report , so in total i spent nearly 3 hours. Then when i ran out of my medication the Dr was out of the office for week with no one covering so i spent over a week with no medication and slept about 3-4 a night . Rude nasty attitude Gets upset with me for not bring a MRI a year old .....No one told me to get it. NO BEDSIDE MANNERS
After waiting months to explore a running related injury, I was quickly dismissed that everything was fine, and I should just eat an anti-inflammatory diet. It was so frustrating to feel so unheard, and for his only recommendation be diet related. Dr. Jaffe also spent less than 5 minutes reviewing the MRI results with me and didn't take any time to consider my concerns. It was a total waste of my resources and I do not recommend this physician at all.
