Last minute change to my mother in law's appointment and expecting her to come early RIGHT AWAY. Even though we were busy doing errands. They hang up on us. We shouldve just canceled the appointment but I've dealt with places before where they will charge you for "canceling last minute" despite it not being your fault. Arriving at this place, lady at the front desk did not even acknowledge us. Workers are leaving saying "thank God I'm leaving this place". I am so pleased with my new smile! Dr Dina made me feel confident in my choice for a denture given my issues I have a new beautiful smile Max was a professional and kind assistant All the ladies at front desk are always so nice and helpful Almost no pain and she made sure I was comfortable at all times !
We had a HORRIBLE experience with our twin boys and Dr. Eddie. His bedside manner was terrible and left both of our kids terrified of going to the dentist and having nightmares for weeks. He never told them what he was gong to do before poking and prodding. When they were scared he told them nothing had happened (gaslighting) and broke any trust they had in him.
