My girlfriend and I have gone to see Dr. Ed multiple times. He is overall a fitness expert. Since he does Crossfit and so do I, he is able to properly adjust me. I wasn't able to turn my head, and I had a really bad kink in my upper back. After one session, I was able to turn my head and my back felt like a rubber band. On top of being a pro, he's a nice guy.
