I went in to have bloodwork done at 3:40 for them to tell me that the lady in front of me would be the last to be seen for the day after we waited in line for 10 minutes. Very unprofessional.
Needed to pick up an urgent testing kit. Lab closed at 3:30…arrived at 3:32 with lab receptionist sitting at her desk snarking at me and shaking her head…really? Another minute for a stat medical test that the doctor sent me to pick up on a Friday so I could complete it on the weekend, not even administer, is not very kind.
IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, things will likely go much better. Having said that, I have walked in and got out in a reasonable amount of time.
we were there before close, checked us in, signed ipad, then said the lady was already ready to go home and would not see us
Marquiana is amazing!! I have been told many times I have small veins that roll. My entire visit was 15min, and most of that was check in and paperwork. Marquiana was extremely proficient and kind on top of it!
