Ive used Ed for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else
Ed Kochuba is serial liar and is not trust worthy. Every week he tells me that he will send me the original deed and title insurance for last 4-5 weeks but I still haven't seen it yet 2.5 months after closing. Please avoid him as much as possible for your home closing.
