Dr. Jansen has been my primary provider for more than twenty years. I don't mind going to immediate care if my condition requires attention now. But, with a non-urgent issue that I have been working on with several different immediate care providers, I feel that I should be able to see Dr. Jansen within a week. It took over a month for me see Dr. Jansen. I think his support should do better than that.
