Neddy is the best! He helped me navigate this crazy market and got me to the closing table in no time. He was very patient and considerate in working around my schedule and helped me find the perfect first home! He even helped me negotiate items for the seller to fix and even I even received a credit back for some items.. in this market that was magic!

Edward Kerr is hands down an outstanding realtor! He recently helped My fiancé and I buy our first home.
