Office Staff is rude and also too greedy. Beware of huge bills later. Also you might end up paying $85 for any missed appointments
I called them multiple times to make sure that the cyrosurgery is covered by insurance. The office staff was horrible and told that i only need to pay a copay of $45 and after a month i received a bill of around $200 saying that portion is not covered by insurance and its patient resposibility. They didnt tell me this upfront.if they did, I would have decided to not get it. In top of it, any missed appointments, they will charge $85
