Tyler has been my financial advisor for over 8 years. He has always listened to my concerns and given fantastic advice.
I can not speak for the rest of the Edward Jones offices with regards to proffesionalism and knowledge of investments/markets. I have been with this office for 7+ years and never saw any growth/gain in my investment(s). Since my investment(s) were small it did not really bother me and i did not follow its performace.
